Submitting a Round

Open the + Round tab.
Paste the Tag Heuer scorecard URL (copied from the Tag Heuer Golf app).
Tap Submit — the round is saved and a WhatsApp summary is generated.
Any course works — slope and rating are read automatically from the scorecard.

Setting the Next Tee Time

Open the + Round tab.
Fill in the date, time, venue and player count.
Tap Save Tee Time — the Next Tee tab updates for all players.

RSVPing to a Round

Open the Next Tee tab.
Tap I'm In or Count Me Out next to your name.
Changes are saved instantly.

Checking Your Handicap

Open the Players tab.
Select your name.
The Handicap Report panel shows your WHS Index, last 20 differentials, and how your index is calculated.

Leaderboard

Season ranking is by average Stableford points (minimum rounds applies).
Handicap Movers shows index changes from the last round.
Power Rankings combine consistency, improvement trend, and recent form.

Coffee Rotation

The Coffees tab shows who's next to buy and payment history.
Record a payment via the Record Coffee Payment form at the bottom of that tab.

How is my WHS handicap calculated?

Your Handicap Index is the average of the best 8 differentials from your last 20 rounds. A differential = (Adjusted Gross − Course Rating) × (113 ÷ Slope). WHS hard and soft caps apply.

What is Course Handicap?

Course Handicap = Index × (Slope ÷ 113) + (Rating − Par). It adjusts your index for the difficulty of a specific set of tees.

What is Stableford?

Points per hole: Eagle = 4, Birdie = 3, Par = 2, Bogey = 1, Double bogey or worse = 0. Season rankings use average Stableford points per round.

What is ESC (Equitable Stroke Control)?

A WHS rule that caps your score on any hole at Net Double Bogey (par + 2 + any strokes received from your handicap) before calculating your differential.

Can I submit rounds from other courses?

Yes — paste any Tag Heuer scorecard URL. Slope and rating are read from the scorecard automatically. These rounds count toward your index and the season leaderboard on equal footing with Warringah rounds.

Why doesn't a player appear on the leaderboard?

Either they haven't played the minimum number of rounds (set in Settings → Season), or they've been marked as “Season Excluded” in Settings → Players.

How do I get Friday SMS reminders?

Make sure your phone number is set in Settings → Players and SMS Reminders is enabled for your name. Reminder time is configured in Settings → Reminders.

Data & Privacy

Round data (scores, dates, player names) is stored in AWS (Sydney region).
Data is visible to all authorised members of the group.
No sensitive personal information beyond names and golf scores is collected or stored.
